K-Max, a manufacturer and packager of dietary supplements based in Pomona, CA, has joined the U.S.-China Health Products Association (USCHPA). The company is a division of the multinational Kang Long Group Corp. and sells its K-Max brand and other private-label products in China and other regions.
USCHPA executive director Jeff Crowther welcomed K-Max to the association at the company’s annual party in Shanghai, where Crowther also presented an introduction to the U.S. dietary supplement market. He also highlighted future opportunities that China’s own dietary supplements industry “can look forward to with appropriate regulatory reform.”
