Caravan Ingredients (Lenexa, KS) is making its Trancendim technology of trans-fat-free oils available for donut frying.

As shortening or frying oil, the line of high diglycerides allows for zero grams of trans fat and reduced saturated fat in a number of baked goods. Trancendim can also enable a hydrogenation-free ingredient declaration.
