ACG North America offers the AF 200 T automatic capsule-filling machine (pictured) with filling speeds of up to 200,000 capsules/hr for powder formulations and up to 170,000 capsules/hr for pellets. The machine may microdose up to 15 mg with an accuracy of +/- 2 mg, depending on a formulation’s characteristics. The AF 200 T conforms to cGMP guidelines and offers easy and quick capsule size and product changeover. The company also offers the new K-120i, an intermittent motion horizontal cartoner for automatic blister, bottle, or tube transfer into cartons. Ideal for single and multiple blisters, K-120i is an eco-friendly solution. This machine can handle tuck-ins, glue-in cartons, leaflet folding, and insertion, along with the multiple choices of on-line inspection.
