OptiMSM was associated with a dose-dependent trend towards reduced muscle soreness, and significantly increased antioxidant capacity.
Also at the show, Bergstrom Nutrition and Glanbia Nutritionals featured a prototype of an exercise recovery and joint-support protein powder. The prototype featured OptiMSM and a revolutionary new bioactive called PepForm BCAA 2:1:1 Peptides.
