Nutralliance (Yorba Linda, CA) has earned Non-GMO Project certification for its SunE900 non-GMO vitamin E from sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds may be an appealing alternative to soy, which requires an allergen statement. Nutralliance president Brian Salerno says his company spent six months in working to obtain certification. The company sources its vitamin E from sunflower seeds supplied by Advanced Organic Materials (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
