Solvay Aroma Performance (Princeton, NJ), supplier of vanillin and ethyl-vanillin ingredients, will discuss its expanded Vanifolia portfolio of flavor solutions, including those focusing on masking off notes in high-protein and plant-protein products, at SupplySide West.
