Silliker Launches Online Employee Training Program for Food Safety

For companies seeking to comply with the employee training mandates of regulations such as the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), a new, online, employee training program may fit the bill.

The program, which requires an annual fee of $225, allows individual subscribers to take courses for the following: Food Safety for Food Manufacturers; Restaurants, Food Service, and Retail; Animal Welfare; and Workplace Safety.
