Sabinsa Showcases GRAS Ingredient Demos at NPA MarketPlace

Sabinsa Corp. (East Windsor, NJ) will host a food exhibition on June 24 and 25 at the Natural Products Association MarketPlace trade show in Las Vegas. Prepared foods will feature some of Sabinsa’s signature Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) ingredients.

First on the menu is a lemon ginger slush using Saberry brand amla fruit(Emblica officinalis) and Cococin coconut water.

Second is a cobbler crumble topping (with Cococin) with top whipped nuts formulated with LactoSpore, Sabinsa’s shelf-stable probiotic for lactic acid production.

Lastly, a dish of coconut shrimp and black bean and mango salad features Cococin and Sabinsa’s Curcumin C3 Complex, an “antioxidant-quenching” turmeric (curcuma longa) extract.
