Botanical Safety Handbook, Second Edition details the toxicological and safety understandings of more than 500 herb species. The book is available in print and as a digital publication. Botanical Safety Handbook coeditor Zoë Gardner will join AHPA chief scientific officer Steven Dentali, PhD, for a related seminar on botanical safety myths at this week’s Natural Products Expo West tradeshow in Anaheim, California. The event, “Botanical Safety Myths and Misconceptions: Separating Fact from Fiction,” will take place from 12:30–1:30 at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel on March 9. The event will cover topics such as herbal safety myths and drug-herb interactions.
