Symrise and Infusd Nutrition recently announced their joint partnership to develop new water-soluble ingredients from typically fat-soluble and insoluble ingredients.

In a recent press release1, Symrise, a company involved with flavor solutions, and Infusd Nutrition, a solubility technology company, announced that they have entered into a partnership with one another. Through this partnership, the two companies will work to launch and then distribute new premium active ingredient offerings.
According to the announcement, Symrise will release an active living portfolio through its Taste, Nutrition, & Health division, which will include Infusd-enabled water-soluble ingredients, such as omega-3’s. This will reportedly allow manufacturers to add typically fat-soluble and insoluble ingredients at efficacious levels to finished consumer products.
