LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized green-building certification system that targets building facilities sustainably.
Nordic Naturals says that its 87,000-sq-ft, two-story headquarters, warehouse, and fulfillment center in Watsonville, CA, is the largest LEED Gold certified building in the tri-county area. Details such as floors made of cork and recycled rubber, energy-saving fixtures, and much more made the building sustainable.
