Nordic Naturals Gets MSC Chain of Custody Certification

Nordic Naturals, an omega-3 finished product manufacturer, has earned chain of custody certification from the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) for its Bodø, Norway processing plant. An independent audit confirmed that Nordic Naturals engages in sourcing practices and traceability programs consistent with MSC criteria.

MSC is a non-profit organization that certifies fisheries for sustainable fishing. The chain of custody standard assures that products branded with the MSC label are sourced only from fish caught by MSC-certified fisheries.
