Food-testing company Silliker (Chicago) has partnered with Organic Education Solutions (OES) on organic training. As part of the alliance, Organic Concepts, part of OES, will provide technical consulting services to Silliker clients that need to develop a certified-organic program or update an existing program to abide by USDA’s National Organic Program (NOP) regulations.
OES has more than 70 years of experience in organic product development, consulting, and training for farmers, manufacturers, retailers, USDA-accredited certifying agencies, and government/nongovernment organizations.
Together, OES and Silliker have created a bilingual training program DVD that introduces employees to organic food handling and production practices.
