Naturex SA (Avignon, France) has announced its acquisition of Burgundy Botanical Extracts (Reyssouze, France), a supplier of extracts for the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.

Burgundy operates two European production sites: one in France and one in Spain. The company reached total revenue of 14 million euro over the last 12 months, according to Naturex.
FDA and FTC issue more warning letters to copycat delta-8 THC food products
