Gabrielle Alahouzos is the new vice president of the association’s membership services.
The Natural Products Association (NPA; Washington, DC) has named membership marketing professional Gabrielle Alahouzos the new vice president of the association’s membership services. Most recently, Alahouzos served as director of membership marketing for the National Association of Home Builders, which counts more than 160,000 members. While there, she is said to have developed an ROI framework for measuring members’ marketing strategies and led the launch of a Net Promoter Score program to improve member feedback and analyze member satisfaction.
