The company will exhibit products with its carotenoid-based colorants and tomato concentrate flavor enhancer.
LycoRed (Beer Sheva, Israel), a global supplier of colorants, ingredients, and premixes, will exhibit its new range of natural colorants, along with a new flavor enhancer, at the upcoming Functional Ingredients Europe (FIE) show in Paris.
LycoRed’s natural colorants are derived from carotenoids and available in yellow, orange, and red shades. They are suitable for use in numerous applications-from panned confectioneries to dairy products and beverages-including vegan and vegetarian products.
SANTE is LycoRed’s newest flavor-enhancing ingredient, providing salty and savory taste from a natural tomato concentrate. The ingredient can help reduce sodium levels in varies foods, including ready-made meals, cheese and meat products, and baked goods.
Products made with LycoRed’s natural colorants and SANTE will be located at the company’s FIE stand 1E50. The event takes place from November 29 through December 1.
