Joint Juice Acquisition Takes Firm into Sports, Weight Markets

Joint Juice, marketer of the liquid supplement line for joint health, has acquired Premier Nutrition Inc., a marketer of high-protein nutrition products. Premier Nutrition’s line includes ready-to-drink shakes, bars, powders, and cookies.

“With the acquisition of the Premier Nutrition brand, we are now actively competing in the large and growing sports nutrition and weight-loss category,” stated David Ritterbush, Joint Juice Inc.’s CEO, in a press release.
