The company says that Solpro 735 contains an ideal balance of essential amino acids and that fortification provides Solpro 735 with a calcium level of 3%. Its protein level is 80%. (By comparison, the company says, cow’s milk typically contains 0.12% calcium and 3% protein.) The product has an off-white color and a bland flavor profile and maintains low viscosity. It is dispersible even in cold water and is suited for both dry beverage blends as well as ready-to-drink beverages, including calcium-fortified soy milk.
