ICL Performance Products Launches New Food Ingredients Division

ICL Performance Products LP is joining forces with sister company BK Giulini.
ICL Performance Products LP (St. Louis) and BK Giulini, two separate business units of ICL PP, are merging to form ICL Food Specialties in North America.
Combining both businesses under a single entity is part of a plan to bring trend-inspired food and beverage applications and new technologies to the North American market. One of those technologies is Licresse, a licorice antioxidant extract launched by ICL Performance Products earlier this year.
