Jessica Maniscalco is a Senior Retail Insights Manager who has been with SPINS for 4 years. She manages several retail accounts in supporting their Natural & Organic strategies, as well as provides her greater team and the SPINS organization with relevant trend content. Jessica has spent the past 14 years partnering with retailers and 9 years working in the Natural industry, both from the brand and data side. Tabitha Daley MS, RDN, LDN
Senior Manager, Private Brands & Innovation

Tabitha Daley is a registered/licensed dietitian and serves as the Senior Manager of Innovation and Private Brands at The Vitamin Shoppe Inc., where her responsibilities include reviewing scientific research, identifying ingredient trends and whitespace opportunities, and product formulation across all of The Vitamin Shoppe brand products. Tabitha works closely with the regulatory and scientific affairs team to develop cutting-edge and competitive structure/function claims that are backed and substantiated by scientific literature. Prior to joining The Vitamin Shoppe, Tabitha spent four years at General Nutrition Centers (GNC) as the Manager of Research & Development, Scientific Affairs, with her primary focus being on weight management, sports nutrition, and beauty-related efforts. Tabitha earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition/dietetics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she then sat for the exam and became a registered dietitian. She continued her studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and dual mastered in both nutritional science and exercise physiology.
