The probiotic specialist says it is working with several manufacturers to get probiotic coffees on the market in the coming weeks.

GanedenBC30 is a strain of Bacillus coagulans. Ganeden says this probiotic is especially suited for the food and beverage space because of its unique ability to survive in high-heat manufacturing and the human digestive tract. The ingredient is already featured in tea products from The Republic of Tea, Bigelow Tea Company, GT Kombucha, KeVita, and Tipton Mills.
