VDF FutureCeuticals markets its CoffeeBerry brand coffee fruit in a number of applications, such as granules, concentrates, and powders. The company aims to preserve patents on its process of preserving the “unique antioxidant and phytochemical profile” of coffee fruit.
Coffee fruit is typically thrown at as waste during coffee production, but, according to VDF FutureCeuticals, the company’s patents assure the wholesomeness and safety of coffee fruit consumption.
