Organic superfoods brand Navitas Naturals has introduced what it says is the first organic goldenberry powder. The company says dried goldenberries have become a popular superfood, and that the company’s new powdered product gives customers a new way to enjoy the ingredient.
“This is the first organic goldenberry powder to be introduced to the North American marketplace,” says company CEO and founder Zach Adelman. “We’re the leading brand of organic dried goldenberries at retail stores, so adding a freeze-dried powder to our line is a natural evolution.”
The company says the goldenberry powder is a source of key nutrients such as vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, and bioflavonoids. It also contains a lot of protein, dietary fiber, and phytonutrients. The powder can be used in smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, drinks, and desserts.
