Fi Europe Preview: Oil-Dispersible Colors

Visit “The Color House.” DD Williamson will feature the following applications Fi Europe 2013 in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Breakfast: A ‘mochachino’ drink, strawberry yogurt, hazelnut dairy spread, and a cereal bar with compound coating.
- Lunch or dinner: Sparkling, apple-flavored water, hard ciders (apple and pear), chicken goujons, chicken gravy, and garden vegetable soup.
- Dessert: Pretzels dipped in compound coating, gummy bear candy, gumballs, baked macaroons, butterscotch sweets (boiled).
The company’s newest innovations include oil-dispersible technology for coloring seasoning, decorative sugar, compound coating, dairy spread, and buttercream frosting; caramelized fruits and vegetables for natural flavoring and standardized color; and burnt sugars with proven flavor impact in bakery, ice cream, and yogurt.
