Amax Nutrasource exhibits its sweetening from monk fruit (luo han guo).
Amax Nutrasource will showcase its Perfecta zero-calorie sweetener in two beverage prototypes at Engredea 2013. The sugar-free sweetener is derived from a plant source of monk fruit (luo han guo) and can be labeled as 100% natural. An integrated granulation process ensures that particle size is uniform, thus eliminating the risk of sweetness separation.
Perfecta is available as a tabletop sweetener and for incorporation into foods and beverages.
