EpiCor Receives NDI Approval

EpiCor, the immune-balancing ingredient from Embria Health Sciences (Ankeny, IA), has received New Dietary Ingredient (NDI) notification from the FDA, the company reports.

While Embria says its ingredient is protected under FDA’s grandfather clause, company president Paul Faganel said that the move provides additional assurance for its customers and manufacturing partners.
