Doehler’s New Ginger Flavors

Doehler GMBH (Darmstadt, Germany) is now marketing a broad portfolio of ginger flavors especially suited for beverages. Ranging from spicy and floral to earthy and woody, each ginger flavor is tailored for a number of applications.

Doehler’s new ginger ingredients include ginger extracts, natural ginger flavors, natural flavors (ginger type) with other natural flavors, and ginger flavors. The company has developed a number of prototype products for these flavors, including beer mixes, adult lemonades, aqua fruit beverages, iced teas, and wine mixes.
