At the upcoming SupplySide West trade show in Las Vegas, Danisco (Copenhagen) will debut findings from a consumer research study on fiber that was conducted in the United States and France this spring. The study was designed to gauge consumer understanding and perception of fiber. Among other things, the presentation will discuss whether consumers understand or care about the differences among different types of fiber. The presentation will take place on October 12, from 1:30 to 2:20 p.m., at Booth #10074.
In addition, at the show Danisco will highlight its ingredient portfolio, including PinVita pine-derived sterols and OsmoAid, a lactitol laxative ingredient. Visitors will also get to taste delicious food and drink samples, such as a strawberry-flavored, milk-based shot formulated with Litesse polydextrose and HOWARU probiotics; an energizing coconut water formulated with BetaPower, a purified form of anhydrous betaine; and a fiber bar for digestive health featuring Litesse polydextrose.
