“Life…supplemented,” a campaign created by the Council of Responsible Nutrition (CRN; Washington DC) to encourage healthy living, has announced its 2011 Wellness Challenge.
The event will begin at on January 5 (3 p.m. Eastern Time) with a video stream moderated by “Hungry Girl” Lisa Lillien, New York Times best-selling author and founder of www.hungry-girl.com.
Lillien, along with other nutrition and exercise specialists, will discuss the three values behind the “Life…supplemented” campaign: healthy dieting, supplementation, and exercise.
The Wellness Challenge will include a “Three Pillars Health & Wellness Makeover Sweepstakes.” Those who participate in the My Wellness Scorecard test at www.lifesupplemented.org will be entered for a grand prize valued at $10,000, which includes a year’s supply of multivitamins and other supplements, a consultation with a registered dietician, one-on-one lessons in healthy cooking, and a gym membership.
