(Bethesda, MD), which specializes in regulatory submissions for food and dietary supplement ingredients. Submission types include GRAS and NDI notifications, food additive petitions, and novel food petitions.
“By providing a more comprehensive suite of science-based and regulatory services, ChromaDex will [be] able to more efficiently advance products in the dietary supplement, food and beverage, animal health, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical markets,” stated ChromaDex in a press release.
Spherix will become a wholly owned subsidiary of ChromaDex. It will continue to maintain its offices near Washington, DC. Claire Kruger will continue as president of Spherix Consulting.
