Charles Ross Now Offering Tumble Blenders from Stock

Mixing equipment specialist Charles Ross & Son Co. (Hauppauge, NY) is now offering its fully equipped Ross V-Cone and Double Cone Tumble Blenders from stock or with fast delivery times. These machines are used for routine blending free-flowing solids, as well as for precise blends containing minor ingredients.

The blenders can handle densities of up to 125 lb/cu ft. An intensifier bar is supplied for dispersing tough agglomerates, and the stainless steel 316 product contact parts on stock units are polished to 240 grit or mirror finish for easy cleaning.

Optional features are also available, such as vacuum capability, GMP design, liquid spray bar, heating/cooling jacket, and explosion-proof motor. Heavy-duty models are also available for bulk densities of up to 200 lb/cu ft.
