The $12.6 million, 20,000-sq-m complex features multiple laboratories for beverage, baking, confectionery, convenience foods, and dairy products, as well as a flavor and aroma laboratory. In addition to application development, the company says the new facility will enable activities including product sensorial analysis, prototype development, ingredient creation and evaluation, consumer testing, and food preparation and tasting.
The company says the new center is a result of growing business in the region.
