Caravan Ingredients Adds to Product Category Management Group

Caravan Ingredients (Caravan; Lenexa, KS) has added Diane Carnell and Dave Pfefer to the company’s newly formed Product Category Management Group. Carnell will serve as product category manager for emulsifiers, while Pfefer will serve as product category manager for fortification. Both will help drive opportunities in their respective product portfolio, analyzing the emerging consumer, competitive and market trends, key growth drives, and product line characteristics and functionality.

Carnell has been with Caravan since 2010 and most recently served as director, innovation center. Pfefer has been with Caravan since 2007 and previously served as product manager, fortification.
