Blue California Ramps Up Reb A Production

Blue California (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) announced that its Good&Sweet 99% Rebaudioside A stevia, GRAS-approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, is scheduled to be in commercial production in the firm’s new large-capacity plant by March of next year.
The firm says Good&Sweet will be processed by fermentation to ensure purity as well as product availability and competitive pricing.
