Together, the companies plan to jointly develop a proprietary ingredient blend for the food and beverage, nutraceutical, and cosmetic markets.
Cott Beverages specializes in juice concentrates, fruit powders, and fruit extracts, with a focus on functional ingredients.
The announcement was made in June, during which pTeroPure was affirmed Generally Recognized as Safe by AIBMR Life Sciences for use in food and beverages.
