The priority list is for U.S. ITA to use in its upcoming “Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade” (JCCT) talks with China.
The U.S.-China Health Products Association, a U.S. nonprofit association focused exclusively on developing China’s natural health products industry, has submitted an industry paper to the U.S. International Trade Administration (U.S. ITA) on China’s dietary supplements industry, highlighting what the association believes are priority issues.
According to Jeff Crowther, executive director of the U.S.-China Health Products Association, the priority list is for U.S. ITA to use in its upcoming “Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade” (JCCT) talks with China. The U.S.-China JCCT serves as a forum on trade issues and to promote commercial relations.
During the Natural Products Expo West trade show in Anaheim, CA, in March, the association also held its inaugural board meting. Members include companies such as DSM, Green Foods, Jarrow Formulas, Lonza, TSI Group, and NSF.
