American Laboratories Inc.’s Langdon to Sit on USP Enzyme Expert Panel
Langdon’s panel is purposed to revise the Dissolution chapter 711 of the USP.
Thomas Langdon, vice president of quality assurance at American Laboratories Inc. (Omaha, NE) is now a member of the United States Pharmacopeia’s (USP) “Use of Enzymes in the Dissolution Testing of Gelatin Capsules Expert Panel.”
USP’s expert panels provide supplemental knowledge to the organization’s expert committees, which have a hand in setting USP standards that appear in the Food Chemicals Codex and other related publications. Langdon’s panel is purposed to revise the Dissolution chapter 711 of the USP.
