Suited for bulk protein powders and nutritional supplements, the bottles feature an indented panel for labeling.
Three new sizes have been added to Alpha Packaging’s (St. Louis) polyethylene terephthalate (PET) Indented Label Large Round Packer bottle line. Suited for bulk protein powders and nutritional supplements, the bottles feature an indented panel for labeling.
The newly added styles include the line’s now-largest sizes of 3785 cc (1 gal) and 6250 cc. An additional lightweight version of a 1500 cc size was also added.
In total, the line now offers six styles, including already existing sizes of 1500 cc, 2000 cc, 2500 cc, and 3000 cc. All feature a 110-mm continuous-thread neck, except for the 6250-cc size, which has a 120-mm neck finish. The company says it now offers the most complete line of large PET packers in the industry.
All bottles are manufactured by single-stage blow molding. Standard colors are clear, white, cobalt blue, dark green, light amber, and dark amber. Custom colors are also offered, starting at a minimum of 10,000 pieces with a $500 purge charge (which the company will waive for orders over 50,000 pieces).
As far as bottle weight, only the 1500-cc size is available in multiple gram weights. The 98.5-g weight is considered standard for the 1500-cc packer size, but a 141-g heavier-weight option is also offered.
