Silliker’s Lakeland, FL, Facility Gets ISO Accreditation

ISO 17025 is the international standard for testing and calibration laboratories.

Food testing specialist Silliker Inc. (Chicago) announced that its microbiology laboratory in Lakeland, FL, has been accredited to ISO 17025, the international standard for testing and calibration laboratories. The certification was conducted by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation.

“The receipt of ISO 17025 reflects the competence of the Lakeland team and strength of our internal quality systems,” stated William Vernier, Silliker’s vice president of operations.
