Kemin Industries will be presenting a scientific poster at 2025 AMSA Reciprocal Meat Conference where they will discuss consumer trends involving label appeal and clean labels.
Global ingredient manufacturer, Kemin Industries, announced in a recent press release that the company presented a scientific poster at the American Meat Science Association’s (AMSA) 78th Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC), taking place in Columbus, Ohio between June 22-25, 2025.
The presentation from Kayle Eivins, Technical Service Associate, Kemin Food Technologies – North America, discussed how label appeal is important for consumers, as well as the increasing trend seen for clean labels. Additionally, Eivins shared information on functional proteins from the company’s portfolio, namely Proteus and InnoBLQ.
