Roquette is centering on its plant-based ingredients at the 2023 IFT FIRST Food Expo taking place in Chicago on July 16-19, 2023, at booth S0424. At the show, the company will distribute plant-based food and drink samples and present expert talks about formulating with plant-based ingredients.
Among the samples Roquette will distribute are: a sugar-free chocolate chip cookie featuring Roquette’s SweetPearl maltitol ingredient; a plant-based snickerdoodle-flavored yogurt given a fiber boost with Roquette’s Nutriose liquid soluble fiber; an organic plant-based London Fog ready-to-drink beverage, with each serving providing 10 g of Nutralys organic pea protein and organic pea starch; and a Korean beef–flavored plant-based dumpling featuring Nutralys textured pea protein, Nutralys pea protein, and Viten vital wheat gluten.
At the show, the company will also share its expertise in working with plant-based ingredients, including at a July 18 fireside chat titled “Unleashing the Power of Plant-Based Ingredients: Planting the Seed for an Improved Food-Mood Connection.”
