Nexira, California Natural Color partner on VinOseed grape extract

Nexira (Rouen, France) has entered into a supply partnership with California Natural Color (Fresno, CA; formerly called San Joaquin Valley Concentrates) to supply a brand name grape extract called VinOseed SO Free. California Natural Color is a supplier of grape juice concentrates, natural colors, and grape seed extract.

VinOseed SO Free is mostly sulfite free. It is a water-extracted, solvent-free ingredient standardized to contain at least 95% polyphenol content and 30% oligomeric proanthocyanidin (OPC) and is kosher certified. The company says the crystal form of VinOseed SO Free is unique in that it provides quick dissolution.
