New Supplement Boasts InSea2

InnoVactiv’s InSea2 ingredient is featured in Life Extension’s new Natural Glucose Absorption Control supplement, the company announced. InSea2 targets digestive enzymes involved in carbohydrate digestion and diminishes the metabolic impact following a high-glycemic-index meal.

InnoVactiv says InSea2 is the only ingredient on the market to exhibit a dual mechanism of action against digestive enzymes alpha-glucosidase and alpha-amylase involved in carbohydrate digestion and assimilation, resulting in a decreased rate of carbohydrate digestion and absorption. The ingredient is a blend of polyphenols derived from two species of brown seaweed.
