A recent study using Cerebiome showed improvements for participants with skin appearance, stress, and quality in sleep.

Lallemand Health Solutions announced in a recent press release1 the results of new research on their Cerebiome ingredient2. Cerebiome is a psychobiotic that may help with the appearance of skin, stress, and sleep quality.
The study utilized 35 women between the ages of 30-45 years old over the course of eight weeks.1,2 Participants were given three billion CFU of Cerebiome once a day for 56 days. To form a baseline, skin quality, stress, and sleep were analyzed from the beginning and then reassessed on day 28 and day 56.2 Those taking Cerebiome saw an 18% decrease in perceived stress after four weeks of use and then after eight weeks, participants experienced a 31% decrease. Researchers mentioned that 79% of participants said that they felt “noticeable improvements in their mental well-being.”1
Users also felt an improvement to their sleep. Participants in the study reported that their ability to fall asleep as well as stay asleep improved, which helped decrease the challenges of staying awake during the daytime.1 For skin, the study showed that those taking Cerebiome saw improvements to skin hydration, firmness, and decrease in wrinkles, fine lines, and skin tone. Hydration in the skin saw an improvement of 21% on the face and 18% on the body after 8 weeks of using Cerebiome. 85% of women in the study said that they felt that their skin showed increased hydration and moisturization.1 Skin tone, firmness, and elasticity saw benefits. Participants witnessed a 12% increase after eight weeks in skin firmness. They also saw a decrease in facial wrinkles of 7% after four weeks and then saw a rise of 17% after eight weeks. 82% of participants mentioned that they felt improvements in their skin such as, smoother skin and improved texture.
