Grain and food scientist becomes MGP's new food ingredients applications scientist.
MGP Ingredients, Inc. (Atchison, KA) has brought Liming Cai, PhD, on board as its new applications scientist for food ingredients. Dr. Cai most recently served as a post-doctoral associate in cereal chemistry at Washington State University in Pullman, WA. In his new role, he will provide research, applications, and technical support to broaden MGP’s portfolio of specialty starches and proteins.
