Kappa Bioscience (Oslo, Norway) introduced an educational program called “D3 & K2: The Perfect Pair.” The series shows how vitamins D3 and K2 work together, specifically for bone and cardiovascular health-from scientific evidence to market success. New research shows this duo helps regulate calcium absorption and utilization and how the two vitamins work better together.
Jörg Büttinghaus, vice president of sales and marketing at Kappa said vitamin D3 has gained awareness among consumers and experienced a lot of growth the past 10 years. “Our new Perfect Pair program demonstrates scientifically how D3 and K2 work synergistically for optimal bone and heart health,” he said in a press release. “D3 is safer and more effective with K2 to balance calcium in the body. Any formulation that includes D3 can be improved by K2, creating new opportunity for D3 marketers.”
Kappa also released the fifth edition of its K2 Formulation LookBook, a comprehensive vitamin K2 resource. Included in the new edition are Kappa Academy whitepapers and articles on science, quality, worldwide regulations, and more than 150 product formulations ready for immediate market launch.
The LookBook also features several ExperienceCard samples, which are conceptual products that are ready for license-free, white-label launch. K2Vital, Kappa’s vitamin K2 MK-7, ExperienceCard samples include gummies and combinations of K2 with probiotics.
