InnoVactiv Inc. (Rimouski, QC, Canada) has signed a marketing agreement with its partner Algues & Mer (Ouessant Island, France) for InnoVactiv’s InSea2 ingredient. Under the agreement, Algues & Mer will commercialize InSea2 in Europe, while InnoVactiv will market the ingredient in the rest of the world.
“This agreement allows InnoVactiv and Algues & Mer to join forces as exclusive suppliers of InSea2,” said InnoVactiv CEO Patrice Dionne.
