Ingredients firm Nexira will highlight its portfolio of highly functional and nutritional botanical extracts, antioxidants, and premium range of active ingredients for weight-management, anti-stress, sports nutrition, digestive health, and heart health.
In December 2012, the company acquired Tournay Biotechnologies, a European expert in the extraction of high-quality active botanicals for the nutraceutical and dietary supplement industries. Thanks to this acquisition, Nexira expanded its own production capacities of natural extracts and expanded its botanical extract portfolio.
The company will showcase other ingredients, included flagships like anti-stress ingredient Serenzo; apple-and-grape polyphenol ingredient ViNitrox, which boosts nitric oxide production; and Simag, a purified source of marine-derived magnesium.
