Live from the Outlook on Active Nutrition, we asked Bill Dunn, IMM for the pharma nutraceutical pillar at Brenntag, which ingredient is changing the game in active nutrition. He chose creatine.

Bill Dunn: My name is Bill Dunn. I work for Brenntag. I am an IMM for the pharma nutraceutical pillar. One of the ingredients that I feel today was highlighted quite greatly was the creatine. Creatine was known for many years from just a standpoint of body building and muscle growth and so forth. But now looking at it from a more holistic approach to not only nootropics, but also to menopause, I think we're only touching the surface on what that particular ingredient can do, especially as it's the most studied ingredient pretty much in the world, especially the creatine monohydrates specifically.
