Gonmisol and K. Patel Phyto Extractions Pvt., Ltd. announce distribution partnership for Ayurvedic extracts

The partnership will bring Ayurvedic ingredients to Europe, the UK, and the USA, with the initial concentration on women’s health and metabolic health.

In a July 21, 2025, press release, functional ingredient supplier Gonmisol, a brand of the SuanNutra Group, announced a strategic distribution partnership with K. Patel Phyto Extractions Pvt., Ltd. Headquartered in Mumbai, India, K. Patel, a manufacturer and exporter of phytochemicals, herbal extracts, and food ingredients, operates GMP-certified facilities with a yearly extraction capacity of over 6,000 metric tons, the press release states. Gonmisol provides botanicals, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, and the new partnership will initiate a distribution of Ayurveda-based botanical extracts to Europe and the United Kingdom.

“This collaboration underscores our commitment to bringing trusted, high-quality, science-backed botanical solutions to the European market,” stated Anthony Weston, CEO of SuanNutra, in the press release. “We are proud to deepen our relationship with K. Patel, a long-standing partner whose values of quality and innovation mirror our own. Ayurveda, with its millennia-old heritage, offers a treasure trove of wellness solutions that aligns perfectly with the growing demand for natural wellness products.”

Additionally, certain Ayurveda botanical extracts from K. Patel will also be available to SuanNutra USA for North American commercialization. According to Future Market Insights, the press release explains, the global market for Ayurdevic supplements is anticipated to grow at a CAGR of 9.9%, and by 2034, reach $4.7 billion.

Women’s health and metabolic health will be the categories the two companies will direct their focus on first. Some of the extracts include shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), fenugreek, green coffee, triphala, gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre), ginger and curcumin.
